Track order

FAQs

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 3 business days (up to 7 during high-volume periods like sales and holidays). You'll get an email the moment it ships with tracking info. Our warehouse is closed weekends and major holidays.
Standard shipping is $12 (free on orders $100+) and arrives in 4–10 business days via USPS or DHL. Express is $25 via FedEx and arrives in 2 business days after processing — order before 12 PM ET to have it processed the same day.
Within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Armed Forces Americas (a $5 handling fee applies, waived on orders $100+). We deliver to PO boxes via standard shipping only, and can't currently ship to APO or FPO addresses.
You have 1 hour after placing your order to make changes yourself — after that, self-service closes and it moves to fulfillment. Within that window, use the link in your order confirmation email, or pull up your order on itsbodily.com, to: cancel the order, change the shipping address, or add/remove a discount code. Past the 1-hour window, or need something else? Just email [email protected] with your order number — our awesome Customer Experience team will be there to help.
Presale items ship once inventory arrives, per the date shown at checkout. If your order mixes presale and in-stock items, we hold everything and ship it together once the presale piece lands. Need the in-stock items sooner? Place them as a separate order.
We're sorry — email [email protected] with your order number (and a photo, if you can) and we'll make it right.
Items bought through a retailer need to go back to that retailer, following their return policy. Only orders placed on itsbodily.com go through our returns portal.
30 days from your delivery date.
Head to the Returns & Exchanges Portal — it's self-guided and walks you through exchanging for a new size or color, requesting store credit, or a refund.
Unworn, unwashed, original condition, tags attached. Multi-packs need to be returned as a full set.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, nursing pads, belly bands, and Lactation Lattes are final sale.
A free exchange for a different size or color (you'll only cover a price difference, if any), free store credit that never expires, or a refund to your original payment method (a $12 processing fee applies).
An optional add-on at checkout that includes free return shipping, free exchanges, and package protection against lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries.
Refunds process once we've received and inspected your return — typically 5–7 business days after that.
Yes — use the gift-return flow in the portal. You'll need the order number (the purchaser can share it), or reach out and we'll help track it down.
Use the size chart on each product page — measure bust and underbust at the stage you're shopping for, since fit needs shift across pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing.
Yes — that's what free exchanges are for. Swap sizes anytime within 30 days at no cost.
The Everything Bra clips down for nursing access, the Effortless Bra pulls down with no clips, and the Do Anything Bra is a 4-in-1 style built for pumping and nursing both. All three transition from maternity through postpartum and beyond.
Yes — check each product page for the full band, cup, and size range available, including busty and plus options.
Both use their own size charts on the product page — the Belly Band's dual-compression closures mean most people size based on pre-pregnancy bottoms size.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, no bleach, and hang or line dry — skip the dryer to protect the elastic and fabric, and avoid ironing directly on elastic panels.
Wrap it snugly around your lower belly, above or below your incision depending on comfort, and adjust the dual-compression closures to your support level. Start looser and increase support as you heal, and follow your provider's guidance on abdominal binding after a C-section.
Insert your flanges through the built-in openings, then clip or pull down as needed to switch between pumping and nursing without fully undressing.
Mix into hot or cold milk or water once daily, as part of a broader approach to supporting supply alongside hydration, feeding frequency, and rest.
With proper care, our bras and belly bands are built to be worn well past the newborn stage — many customers wear the same pieces from late pregnancy through months of postpartum recovery and nursing.
Our Stages of Breastfeeding guide walks through what to expect from first latch to weaning, and which bra style fits best at each point — the Stage 1 Starter Kit is built for the earliest days specifically.
Our pumping-compatible bras are designed to fit standard flange openings from most major pump brands — check the product page for compatibility notes.
Most people find 3–4 in rotation works well, so you always have one clean while others are in the wash.
Our Breastfeeding Resources hub has research-led articles reviewed with our IBCLC advisor, covering supply, latch, and pumping schedules.
Our Postpartum Recovery Timeline breaks down healing across the days, weeks, and months after birth — for you, and for the partner or support person helping you through it.
We recommend having your Belly Band, All-In Panties, and a nursing-ready bra on hand before delivery, since the first two weeks are when you'll need them most. Pumping gear and everything else can usually wait until you're home and settled.
It offers external support to the abdominal area, which many people find helps with comfort and mobility while core muscles (and any incision) heal. It isn't a substitute for guidance from your provider.
Each bundle pairs two bra styles with nursing pads and underwear at a discount versus buying separately — see the product page for exact contents and current savings.
There's no single timeline — recovery varies by body, birth experience, and support system. Our research-backed articles on postpartum body changes cover what's typical and when to check in with a provider.
We're so sorry for your loss. You're welcome to return or exchange any unworn items within your normal 30-day window — you don't need to explain why. Email [email protected] or use the returns portal, and let us know if you'd rather handle it over email instead.
Yes. Our Pregnancy Loss Support Hub has research-backed articles, a note from our founder on why we talk openly about loss, and products built for physical recovery during this time.
Our advisory board includes a clinical psychologist specializing in pregnancy loss. Our Support Hub links to her resources, including the Miscarriage Map, alongside broader mental health resources.
