You can start an exchange anytime through our Return/Exchange Portal.
Exchanges are completely FREE!
You’ll have the option to swap for a different size or color, depending on availability.
If you’re looking to exchange for a different product, we recommend selecting Store Credit instead. There’s no fee, and you’ll receive the full value to use on anything that feels right for you.
To do this, simply choose “Return It” (instead of Exchange) in the portal. After clicking Continue, you’ll see the option to select Store Credit.
For eligibility, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
As part of the review process, we may request photos of the product(s) to confirm their condition and ensure all tags are still attached before the return or exchange request is approved.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, nursing pads, lattes, and belly bands are not eligible for exchange.
Final sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
For partial or multi-pack items, the full set must be returned to qualify.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and approved exchanges will be processed and shipped shortly after.
