Once you have initiated your return through our Returns Portal, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Alternatively, you can request a QR code to bring to any USPS location. There is a flat $5 Return Processing Fee that will be deducted from your total refund. 

Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method, including gift cards.

Clearance Sale items priced as marked. Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders or combined. Items purchased using Black Friday discount offer are eligible for returns for store credit. Clearance Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
