To return an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item, use your Bodily order number and email address to start a return here and print your prepaid return shipping label within 30 days of delivery. Returns for Store Credit are complimentary. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we can do that too within 30 days of delivery – there's a $12 return processing fee for this option. Approved refunds to your original payment method or store credit are typically processed within 5-7 business days after one of our carrier partners has received, checked, and accepted your return. The timing of funds being released back to your original payment method depends on your financial institution. 

Bundles and kits (such as the Care for Birth Box) must be returned in full. For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, lactation lattes and breast pads are ineligible for return; please contact us directly at [email protected] for any fit or quality issues.

We do not accept returns on the All In Panty - no exceptions.
