Presale items follow the timing shared at checkout. Processing begins once the new inventory arrives at our warehouse.

• Only presale items in your order?
  
   Your order will ship once all items are available. If your presale items have different back-in-stock dates, we'll hold your entire order and process everything together on the latest date.
  
  
• Presale + in-stock items in the same order?
  
   Your full order will ship together once the presale inventory arrives.

If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
