Returns for Store Credit are complimentary and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we can do that too within 30 days of delivery – there's a $12 return processing fee for this option. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.
Approved refunds to your original payment method or store credit are typically processed within 5-7 business days after one of our carrier partners has received, checked, and accepted your return. The timing of funds being released back to your original payment method depends on your financial institution.
As part of the review process, we may request photos of the product(s) to confirm their condition and ensure all tags are still attached before the return or exchange request is approved.
Return eligibility by product:
- Bras: Feel free to try on our bras for comfort and fit! They are eligible for return as long as the tags are originally attached and there are no visible signs of wear.
- Individual sale items: Must be returned with tags attached or in their original packaging.
- Bundles, Multi-packs & Sets: Packs and bundles must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns of packs, bundles or sets. (This excludes the Stages of Breastfeeding Bundle)
- Kits: Our kits are returnable, as long as they are sent back with individual products unopened, Bodily tags attached and original packaging included. We do not accept partial returns of our kits. Please note our Pregnancy Loss Kits are final sale (non-returnable) due to the sensitive nature of these products.
- Remembrance Bracelets: Due to the sensitive nature of this experience, this item is final sale.
- FINAL SALE: For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on underwear, nursing pads, lattes, belly bands or Final Sale items. If you purchased bundles or multi-packs, we'll need the full set back – we can't accept partial returns. If your bundle includes underwear the bundle will then be final sale.
- Note: Due to the sensitive nature of this experience, all pregnancy loss items are final sale.
