Why aren't your bras padded?Updated a year ago

Our bras are intentionally designed without padding, but we included slits in case you would want to add them. Bra inserts have fairly universal sizing and there are many available on the market you can choose from.

We would not recommend adding any type of firm or shaping padding if you are in Stage 1 (months 0-3). At Stage 2 (3-6 months) we advise adding only very soft and pliable padding. Stage 3 (6+ months), feel free to add any type of padding! While there is always a risk of plugged ducts, the risk is much lower in stage 3 for many women.
